📋 Description

• Lead the PM/EAM workstream for ECC to S/4HANA conversion • Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify S/4HANA impacts • Configure SAP PM/EAM processes and support master data migration • Work with ABAP teams on enhancements, BAdIs, user exits and RICEFW • Lead testing, defect resolution, cutover and hypercare activities • Coordinate with MM, CO, QM and EWM teams on integration requirements • Conduct workshops and work closely with business stakeholders • Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications and test scripts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience • SAP PM / EAM functional consulting • Minimum 2 full lifecycle ECC → S/4HANA conversion projects • S/4HANA Plant Maintenance / Asset Management • PM fit-gap analysis and S/4HANA simplifications • Functional locations and equipment • Maintenance orders and notifications • Maintenance plans and task lists • Calibration and preventive/corrective maintenance • PM master data migration using Migration Cockpit / LSMW • PM integration with MM, CO and QM • Fiori-based maintenance execution • RICEFW / functional specifications • Testing, UAT, cutover and hypercare • SAP Activate methodology • SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Certification preferred • SAP Predictive Asset Insights / APM experience preferred • SAP EWM integration experience preferred • Linear Asset Management experience preferred • System Integrator / Consulting experience preferred
