📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems. • Build modern, responsive user experiences using React and related frontend technologies. • Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using Java, Node.js, or Python. • Contribute to AI-powered features, including Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and intelligent agent-based systems. • Participate in architecture discussions and make key technical decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while following engineering best practices. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features. • Review code, provide technical guidance, and contribute to maintaining high development standards. • Build and manage cloud-native applications using modern infrastructure and deployment practices. • Optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience through continuous improvements. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and deployment strategies. • Mentor team members and actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, preferably within product-based or startup environments. • Strong expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management, and responsive UI development. • Proficiency in backend development using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or Python (FastAPI). • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and working with modern Git workflows. • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, including LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and AI-driven application development. • Strong knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. • Solid understanding of software architecture, system design principles, and scalable application development. • Ability to independently own projects and deliver end-to-end solutions. • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments. • Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and building impactful products with modern engineering practices.
