📋 Description
• Partner with research teams to identify and close knowledge gaps across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics domains • Create and maintain high-quality annotation standards aligned with industry practices and operational frameworks • Design complex, real-world tasks and develop accurate, structured solutions • Evaluate domain-specific tasks and outputs, providing clear and actionable feedback • Contribute to improving AI model performance through subject matter expertise • Collaborate with other experts to ensure consistency, rigor, and quality across training data
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations, or logistics • Experience working with recognized global enterprises or high-growth organizations • Demonstrated career progression (e.g., Analyst → Manager → Director or equivalent leadership track) • Deep expertise in core areas such as supply planning, sourcing, production, distribution, or operations strategy • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
