📋 Description

• Manage accounting and tax compliance for US LLCs • Review bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements • Prepare and e-file US tax returns including Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-S, 1040 and 1040-NR • Handle foreign-owned LLC compliance, including Form 5472 with pro forma Form 1120, where applicable • Manage W-9 collection and 1099-NEC filings • Track filing deadlines, extensions, client documents, and IRS notices • Identify cross-border tax issues involving US and UAE entities • Advise on related-party transactions, intercompany balances, and supporting documentation • Communicate directly with clients and ensure accurate, timely filings

🎯 Requirements

• Active US CPA license • Hands-on experience personally preparing and filing US business and individual tax returns • Strong experience with foreign-owned US LLCs and nonresident taxation • Working knowledge of US international tax • Experience with professional US tax preparation software and e-filing • Strong attention to detail and deadline management • Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts • Strong client communication skills • US CPA • Accounting • International Taxation
