📋 Description

• Make 100–120 outbound calls per day to shortlisted candidates from the database/ATS • Explain the role, company, location, shift, and key highlights to candidates • Assess candidate interest, answer basic queries, and address common objections • Guide interested candidates to interview scheduling or profile submission • Maintain accurate call logs and candidate status updates in the tracker/ATS • Follow up via call, WhatsApp, or email until the interview or offer stage • Work closely with the recruitment/HR team to understand role priorities • Update the recruitment/HR team on candidate response patterns

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and local language • Clear speech, polite tone, and confident phone etiquette • Smart, quick learner who can grasp job details quickly and explain them simply • Comfortable making multiple outbound calls daily and handling rejection professionally • Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets/Excel, email, and WhatsApp • Prior BPO, telecalling, sales, or recruitment outreach experience is a plus but not mandatory for interns • Experience in IT/non-IT staffing or recruitment coordination is nice to have • Familiarity with ATS tools or candidate tracking sheets is nice to have
