• Identify and research potential leads across LinkedIn, email, and other channels. • Run outbound email and call campaigns to introduce Weekday and spark conversations. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their hiring needs. • Work with founders and sales leadership to iterate on messaging and outreach tactics. • Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and track key performance metrics. • Share feedback from the field to influence product, marketing, and strategy. • Founding team access: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team. • High ownership: Your ideas and execution will directly shape our go-to-market engine. • Fast feedback loops: See the impact of your work from day one. • Lean, action-driven team: We’re just 32 full-time employees, and we move fast. • Client-facing exposure: Get real sales experience and build meaningful relationships with clients. • If you're looking to grow fast, take ownership, and be part of a rocketship from the early days—this is your seat at the table.
