📋 Description

• Draft clear and structured compliance materials including SOPs, policy manuals, AML frameworks, sanctions documents, and operational guidelines. • Translate regulatory research into accurate, well-organized documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ensure all materials adhere to GCC regulatory norms and client-specific formatting standards. • Conduct detailed reviews of documents prepared by junior analysts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional formatting. • Maintain internal quality logs, review trackers, and workflow dashboards to monitor project timelines and standards. • Deliver final outputs that meet consulting-level precision with consistent grammar, structure, and presentation. • Supervise and mentor a team of 2+ junior analysts, providing feedback and guidance to strengthen their documentation skills. • Assign tasks, evaluate drafts, correct errors, and support juniors in improving output quality. • Ensure team deliverables are completed within deadlines and in accordance with UAE working hours. • Assist in preparing risk assessment documentation, gap analysis reports, compliance summaries, and audit-related materials. • Review and summarize regulatory updates across the UAE/GCC region (full training provided).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in audit, accounts, compliance, risk, or legal domains. • Excellent English writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured, and error-free documentation. • Proven experience supervising or reviewing the work of junior team members. • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with strong attention to formatting and consistency. • Exceptional eye for detail, especially grammar, structure, and documentation alignment. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting multiple deadlines. • Prior experience in consulting, compliance documentation, or familiarity with AML/financial regulations is an added advantage.
