• Responsible for supporting customers and representatives by analyzing projects and specifications to determine the appropriate WEG product to be applied in the customer's final product. • Negotiate with engineering departments on the development of new products according to customer requests. • Submit proposals for new developments for review by the Product and Marketing Committees. • Prepare studies of new products based on existing product lines. • Visit customers to negotiate commercial terms and propose new developments. • Participate in the development of new product lines from market research through launch. • Assist in coordinating visits from strategic customers, referring them to the responsible contacts in each area. • Prepare comparative studies by product line and market segment based on consumption and selling price. • Assist in organizing synergistic projects. • Provide training and presentations to internal and external customers for the corresponding product lines. • Perform other tasks related to the above as requested by supervisors.
