Weguest is a Spain-based property management company that professionally manages short‑term (vacational) and mid‑term rental properties, buildings and hotels across numerous Spanish cities. It offers end‑to‑end services for private owners and companies — from listing creation, pricing strategy, reservation management and check‑in/out to cleaning, maintenance and 24/7 operations — and provides owners with a proprietary app for real‑time visibility and automated notifications. Weguest also acts as an official Airbnb co‑host, runs revenue‑maximization strategies, and partners with local service providers (cleaning, laundry, technicians) to operate at scale throughout Spain.
