📋 Description

• Co-design and build the overall technical architecture (core system, integrations, application layer) • Develop and integrate AI components (LLMs, semantic search, analytics) • Design and implement a modular, container-based platform (Docker, API-first approach) • Connect existing systems (e.g. ERP, data sources) via adapter logic • Contribute to product strategy and technical roadmap • Select and establish a sustainable open-source technology stack • Actively support the development of a strong network within the Estonian startup ecosystem (tech community, partners, programs) • Collaborate with funding bodies, programs, and relevant stakeholders in Estonia

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software development (ideally Python / backend / APIs) • Knowledge of AI / machine learning / LLM integration • Experience with container technologies and system architecture • Strong understanding of data structures, data models, and distributed systems • Interest in open-source ecosystems and privacy-focused solutions • Ability to structure and implement technical concepts independently • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a co-founder role • Strong networking mindset – ideally with exposure to startup ecosystems (experience in Estonia is a plus)
