📋 Description

• Call managing directors and commercial directors at medium-sized companies • Make calls using the Close Power Dialer • Schedule free 30-minute initial consultations with consultants • Follow a call script • Listen to calls together and improve opening techniques and objection handling • Enter scheduled appointments directly into the CRM and hand them over to the consultants • Track key performance indicators on a daily basis • Participate in kick-offs, call blocks, and call reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy speaking on the phone and maintain a friendly manner even after the tenth “no” • Sustain a high call volume day after day • Ideally, experience in B2B sales or telephone sales; not required • Excellent German skills • Listen before you speak • Able to work full-time • Quiet workspace with a stable internet connection in Germany • Able to accept and implement feedback
