📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and helping resolve issues • Perform technician-level tasks including data entry, prescription processing, and inventory management • Participate in patient counseling activities under direct pharmacist supervision • Support clinical services such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management • Process third-party claims and resolve insurance-related issues • Enter and update patient and prescription information accurately • Interact with physicians to gain information on prescriptions and resolve issues • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Complete assigned semester-based projects • Attend district-level meetings and shadow pharmacy leadership • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy (Professional Year 1 through 4) • Must have and maintain an active Pharmacy Intern License in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy (where applicable) • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and governmental regulations • Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals • Mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Committed to providing excellent customer service • Ability to preserve confidentiality of information • Ability to work weekends or extended days occasionally • Accuracy and attention to detail • Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes • Typing speed of forty (60) WPM and proficiency in Microsoft® Office Suite is helpful.
