📋 Description

• Contribute to identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance and privacy risks • Prepare accurate and complete reporting of compliance activities for relevant stakeholders including leadership and compliance committees • Research and maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, synthesizing into clear and actionable recommendations • Compose written and verbal communication that is appropriately organized and synthesized

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare compliance or adjacent field; PACE experience preferred • Must demonstrate strong project coordination and research/analytical skills • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment and make sound decisions • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively • MS office suite experience, with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent organizational and communication skills
