📋 Description

• Performs detailed manual calculations for client rebate payments • Prepares internal and external reporting to support rebate payments to clients and performs rebate payment reconciliations. • Evaluates client contracts and amendments on an ongoing basis and tracks updated rebate payment terms to ensure accurate client liability forecasts and calculations. • Reviews and analyzes rebate reimbursements to ensure contract compliance. • Supports rebate related requests and inquiries from internal and external clients. • Ensures processes and procedures comply with client contractual agreements. • Makes recommendations for process improvements when identified. • Prepares rebate deliverables to support organizational financial planning and analysis. • Utilizes database functionality to analyze large data sets. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Accounting, Business or Finance is preferred. • 3+ years experience using Microsoft Excel is required. Experience using Tableau and/or SQL is preferred. • 3+ years of full-time professional experience in financial and data analysis is preferred. • Previous PBM experience is a strong plus.
