📋 Description

• Perform client-specific underwriting, financial modeling, and data analysis to support new business, renewals, and strategic pricing initiatives. • Analyze historical pharmacy claims data to identify utilization trends, cost drivers, pricing anomalies, and financial risks. • Prepare financial analyses and provide consultative pricing support for current and prospective clients, including responding to RFP financial requests and supporting proposals and negotiations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Finance, Proposal, Legal, and PBM Operations to align pricing strategy with business objectives. • Ensure pricing activities comply with PBM regulations, internal pricing policies, and data governance standards. • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing tools, models, processes, and analytical workflows. • Provide guidance, review, and informal mentorship to junior pricing analysts. • Participate in department and company initiatives and projects. • Perform additional duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in pricing, underwriting, financial modeling, or analytical roles, preferably within PBM, healthcare, or a related industry. • Demonstrated experience supporting pricing strategy, underwriting decisions, or financial analysis in a deadline-driven environment. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling. • Prior experience with PBM pricing methodologies, healthcare claims data, or network economics is preferred.
