📋 Description

• Lead implementation of several major product initiatives • Develop and maintain the Ruby on Rails product platform • Ship product improvements quickly while maintaining code quality • Build solutions for student wellbeing and school problems • Participate in continuous discovery and Shape Up product development • Improve development practices through code reviews and technical documentation • Establish patterns and practices that make the monolith easier to work with • Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions • Collaborate closely with the CTO, senior Product Engineers, designer, Head of Product, co-founders, and customer-facing teams • Stay close to customers and solve their problems • Work across technology, content, and design to create integrated wellbeing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Ruby on Rails experience • Well versed in AI assisted coding • Located anywhere in Australia • Experience solving challenging technical problems • Ability to balance technical constraints with business needs • Ability to write clean, maintainable code • Pragmatic, constructive problem-solving approach • Willingness to work in a small, senior product team • Ability to collaborate closely with co-founders and customer-facing teams
