SERVICES-

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth evaluations, assessments, and medication management sessions • Collaborate with therapists and supervising psychiatrist to provide integrated care • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed • Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in the EMR • Provide psychoeducation to patients and families • Stay current with psychiatric care practices, telehealth trends, and CME requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active California NP license and PMHNP certification in good standing • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution • Strong clinical judgment and understanding of psychiatric medications • Solid telehealth skills, including comfort with EMRs and virtual platforms • Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
