• Support Projects & Transactions • Take ownership of defined workstreams within cross-functional projects across Europe, Ukraine, the UK, the US, and other jurisdictions (e.g. market entry, strategic partnerships with key platforms and affiliates, cross-border transactions, etc.). • Own legal documentation in connection with the project mentioned (e.g. key commercial agreements, approvals, corporate documents). • Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders on specific tasks, helping to keep matters on track and well documented. • Provide practical, business-oriented legal support on corporate and commercial questions for key jurisdictions (e.g. UK/ES/PL/UA/US). • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of English-law-governed commercial agreements (e.g. supplier, customer, partnership, online subscription, marketing and services contracts) with a focus on key tech platforms (e.g. Google, TikTok, AWS), affiliates and partners. • Support corporate governance and entity maintenance for group companies (including minutes, written resolutions, shareholder approvals, PoAs and basic cap table updates) per responsibility zones. • Manage day-to-day legal tasks in your area (corporate housekeeping, employment-related documentation support, contract review per responsibility zones, approvals and ongoing advice to other functions). • Proactively suggest improvements to legal processes (e.g. contract intake, approval flows, use of templates) based on your day-to-day experience. • Contribute to the development and improvement of templates, playbooks and checklists, suggesting updates based on recurring issues in your work. • Help maintain clear records and documentation, including contract repositories, corporate files and approval trails. • Identify and flag legal and commercial risks in contracts and corporate actions, proposing pragmatic mitigations and escalating where appropriate. • Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting our corporate and commercial operations (with a focus on the UK/ES/PL/UA) and share key updates with the team.
• Qualified lawyer with typically 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience, gained in a top-tier international/strong corporate-commercial law firm and/or in-house at a technology or digital company; a mix of law firm + in-house experience is strongly preferred. • Solid experience working on cross-border corporate and commercial matters, particularly involving Europe, the UK, and the US. • Hands-on experience with English-law-governed contracts and corporate documents. • Confident working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, finance, HR), managing deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed, without needing heavy supervision. • Fluency in English at minimum C1 level (drafting and negotiation language); other languages (e.g. Ukrainian, Polish) are a plus. • Excellent communication skills: able to simplify complex legal concepts for non-lawyers and present clear options and recommendations. • High degree of business acumen and problem-solving ability, comfortable balancing legal risk against business objectives in a pragmatic way. • Advanced user of modern productivity and AI tools (e.g. for legal research, drafting, contract analysis and workflow optimisation). • Behavioural fit: very attentive to detail, structured and organised, and low-ego, with a team-first mindset and openness to feedback.
