📋 Description

• Create and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms • Edit and produce social-first videos from concept to final delivery • Work with existing footage and creative assets to produce polished video and static content • Create realistic AI-generated people and characters for images and videos • Develop AI-generated scenes, environments, visuals, and creative concepts • Occasionally create static ad content for Affiliate, SEO, ASO, or other Organic projects • Collaborate with the social media team and other designers to turn ideas and creative briefs into compelling visual content

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role • Good understanding of social media formats and short-form content • Hands-on experience with generative AI for image and video creation • Experience creating realistic AI-generated people and characters, including maintaining a consistent appearance across different images and videos • Experience with AI tools such as Kling, Magnific, Higgsfield, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, and visual storytelling • Good eye for detail and visual quality • Ability to work quickly, experiment, iterate, and adapt to new creative tools and workflows • Portfolio showcasing experience with AI-generated people or influencers, AI video, motion design, and static ads • Ability to work on a freelance basis
