Imagine joining a team where your impact on global health and wellness is felt daily. • What We're Looking For We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching advertising campaigns on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and others, specifically targeting the Health and Fitness audience. • Key Responsibilities: Managing the full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimization and scaling • Experimenting on creatives with designers: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization • Monitoring advertising campaigns for performance monitoring, optimization and reporting • Researching and evaluating of new user acquisition channels • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies. • Collaborating with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in digital marketing in User Acquisition • Practical experience with a large budget in Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads/TikTok/Snapchat) • Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional team • Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)), experience with Google Analytic/Tableau/Clarisight will be a plus • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary
