📋 Description

• Assist with Capital Projects oversight of national senior housing portfolio • Responsible for capital inspections, scope development, creating renovation/asset plans • Develop and underwriting budgets to maximize asset value • Manage and execute daily on-site activities for multiple projects • Conduct frequent property inspections ensuring safety precautions • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project timelines and budgets • Prepare/update weekly/monthly project status reports

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or related field highly preferred • A minimum of 5 years’ project management experience within the seniors housing or multi-family industries • Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
