📋 Description

• Review short audio transcriptions (~5 seconds) for accuracy and adherence to guidelines • Approve correct transcriptions or reject with specific, actionable written feedback • Identify and correct errors in punctuation, formatting, and application of the style guide • Support Analysts through constructive feedback to improve overall quality • Flag recurring issues to the project lead for resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in the target locale — French • Exceptional written skills with expert command of grammar, punctuation, and style • Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or related fields • Strong attention to subtle errors in formatting and adherence to guidelines • A reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and a stable internet connection • Ability to provide clear, professional written feedback • Familiarity with annotation or linguistic QA tools is advantageous but not required • Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks
