📋 Description
• Review and validate the work of financial annotators. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in query critiques and grounded answers. • Confirm rubric scoring consistency and adherence to guidelines to maintain high standards across the project. • Provide feedback and coaching to execution team members.
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level English (U.S.-based). • Senior-level finance expertise, ideally as former or current auditors, financial analysts, compliance consultants, or accountants. • Experience with SEC 10-K filings, financial disclosures, or regulatory content. • Excellent attention to detail, ability to spot inconsistencies, and strong written communication skills.
🏖️ Benefits
• $65.66/hour. • Possibility of extension to a larger pilot in October (5h per week minimum).
