📋 Description
• Owns program-level strategy and delivery • Partners with Lead Quality Manager to drive improvement • Plan and secure capacity to meet high-volume targets • Optimize workflows for efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Leads a program of AI training data projects at scale • Define program goals, roadmap, milestones, and operating model • Lead a delivery team with clear goals and coaching • Act as the day-to-day executive contact for clients • Co-own quality outcomes with the Manager of Quality • Build and manage budgets and ensure commitments stay aligned • Maintain program RAID and lead root-cause analyses • Standardize SOPs and scale automation with Ops Tech • Ensure policy adherence for data handling and privacy • Coordinate with Vendors to meet client goals
