📋 Description

• Localize, transcreate, and adapt music and media marketing content for the target market • Write, review, and optimize marketing copy across multimedia products, digital campaigns, promotional materials, apps, and audience-facing communications • Perform linguistic reviews of personal work and other localization team members’ work • Copy-edit and fact-check content for accuracy • Perform Localization QA testing on content published on live platforms • Conduct market-specific research on local content treatment, terminology trends, and localization practices • Report on data and assets across media and content types • Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned market • Collaborate with global language teams through virtual meetings and email on content review, terminology, style, trends, and market insights

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA and 2+ years of work experience in Media Marketing, Music Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Localization, Creative Copywriting, or related fields • Proof of writing samples or marketing content contributions • Experience translating and localizing multimedia content • Deep familiarity with local media channels, marketing trends, digital platforms, entertainment industries, and consumer culture in the target market • Ability to make confident linguistic decisions for the language market • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management • Fluency in written and verbal English • Strong computer literacy; knowledge of iOS/macOS systems is a plus • Ability to type in the native-level language using a local English keyboard • Ability to work independently and remotely • Collaborative approach in a multicultural environment • Native-level proficiency in the target language es-MX • Strong background in media marketing, especially music marketing, marketing localization, advertising, and localization • Awareness of contemporary music trends, genres, audience preferences, and relevant pop culture
