📋 Description

• Gestione della pipeline di candidati in arrivo tramite annunci, marketing, eventi, post social, communities • Conduzione di colloqui di primo screening con approccio tecnico • Presentazione candidati idonei ai clienti con report qualitativi • Costruire relazioni efficaci con i candidati

🎯 Requirements

• Esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni nella ricerca e selezione di figure IT • Capacità di selezionare profili tecnici (Developer, Devops, Data, Cloud, Architect, ecc.) • Autonomia, gestione del tempo, proattività, esperienza in lavoro da remoto • Conoscenza dell'inglese • già in possesso di P IVA
