📋 Description

• Work on AI-assisted software development. • Design, develop and maintain Skills, Rules, Agents and other artifacts used by AI tools. • Build reusable knowledge bases for consumption by AI models. • Organize technical documentation optimized for use by LLMs. • Create automations to reduce manual tasks and increase engineering productivity. • Continuously research new AI technologies and tools applied to software development. • Participate in software architecture and engineering decisions. • Support the definition of technical standards and development best practices. • Produce clear, organized and reusable technical documentation. • Share technical knowledge through training, documentation and hands-on demonstrations. • Assist developers in adopting AI tools to improve productivity and quality. • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company's software engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields; • Previous experience writing code for software development. • Experience using LLMs (Claude, Gemini or similar). • Experience using IDEs (VS Code, Cursor). • Experience with Prompt Engineering. • Experience with code-related tools (GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Windsurf or similar). • Experience with Git. • Experience developing REST APIs. • Experience automating development processes. • Knowledge of software engineering best practices. • Knowledge of API design. • Additionally, we consider the following competencies important: • Intellectual curiosity. • Continuous learning. • Research-oriented profile. • Innovative mindset. • Critical thinking. • Willingness to experiment with new technologies. • Excellent technical communication. • Knowledge sharing. • Proactivity. • Autonomy. • Analytical mindset. • Systems thinking. • Genuine interest in AI applied to engineering. • Alignment with company values.
