📋 Description
• Als Projekt Manager (m/w/d) bist Du Teil unseres Implementierungsteams und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden Swisio schnell und unkompliziert einsetzten können. • Du wirst als erster Projekt Manager bei Swisio außerdem eine skalierbare Organisation aufbauen. • Leitung und Umsetzung von komplexen Projekten von der Planung bis zur Abnahme • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards • Koordination und Führung interdisziplinärer Teams • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern • Risiko- und Änderungsmanagement • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Projektstrategien und -methodologien
🎯 Requirements
• Empathie und Motivation • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in einer Führungsposition • Zertifizierung nach PMI, PRINCE2 oder vergleichbar wünschenswert • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten • Analytische und strategische Denkweise • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Prioritäten zu setzen • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
