📋 Description

• Develop front-end and backend solutions for end-user-facing and administrative platforms according to UX/UI designs. • Support Product Managers, Engineering Manager and the team in delivering quality, scalable solutions. • Identify front-end and back-end architectural solutions based on business logic and requirements. • Manage technical complexity. • Contribute to platform design, architecture and scale-up. • Build APIs, web interfaces, internal tools and new features. • Help maximize user experience and product quality. • Participate in project delivery, stakeholder coordination and collaboration with Product and Design.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience of 4/5+ years autonomously managing and delivering projects, stakeholders and team members. • Experience in tech leadership and delegation. • Autonomy in managing project requirements, implementation and delivery of backend/frontend solutions. • Outcome- and product-driven mindset. • Experience in delivery management and Agile practices. • Experience working with Product and Design on business requirements. • Familiarity with and advocacy for AI development workflows, including Cursor/Copilot and Claude Code CLI or Gemini CLI. • Fluent English. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-market, remote-first environment. • Node.js/TypeScript and deep NestJS knowledge. • Vue/Nuxt3 and TypeScript; React is acceptable but coding will be in Vue.js. • HTML5 and CSS3. • SEO and UI/UX for mobile and desktop applications. • RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. • Unit and integration testing. • SQL with Postgres/BigQuery or MySQL. • Git, GitHub and GitHub Actions or alternatives. • Docker and container management in development environments. • Bonus: Clean Code, Clean Architecture, SOLID, MikroORM, Vitest/Jest/Mocha, microservices architecture, RabbitMQ/Kafka. • Freelancer with VAT number.
