📋 Description

• Quickly review credential files against quality and compliance criteria • Efficiently identify and route files based on risk level and eligibility • Apply regional and product-specific rules accurately • Process order modifications (biodata updates, credential additions/cancellations) • Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Strong MS Office, including excel experience • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy • Deadline-driven with ability to work efficiently under time constraints, in fast paced environment • Fast learner who can quickly master decision frameworks and criteria • Good written and verbal communication skills • Aligned with WES’ mission and values • Understanding of international education systems (desired) • Experience with credential evaluation, document review, or high-volume processing (desired)
