📋 Description

• Being fully responsible for delivering quality and service level measurement, the financial performance of 1-2 projects • Manage the scope, timelines, and budget of the project • Manage stakeholders' expectations • Manage changes • Be involved in the day-to-day release and production activities • Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders • Ensure that the Scrum teams work within Scrum theory, practices, and rules • Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed • Consistently deliver high-quality customer service • Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base • Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress • Coach teams in self-organisation and cross-functionality • Conduct performance evaluation of project team members, and provide employee performance feedback to department heads • Team staffing, hiring, and attrition control

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager • Proven track record in outsourcing companies • Hands-on experience with Start-up projects (teams of 10+ people) • Experience in delivering software products in the US or EU markets • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) • Superior project and team management skills • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Budget management experience • Strong Risk management skills • Experience in hiring and onboarding people • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Upper-intermediate+ level of English
