📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python. • Build and enhance RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework and FastAPI. • Integrate and optimize AI services, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and third-party model APIs. • Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval mechanisms. • Implement AI orchestration workflows using LangChain and related frameworks. • Integrate multiple external APIs and data providers into backend systems. • Design reliable, maintainable, and high-performance system architectures. • Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions. • Ensure software quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while continuously improving system reliability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of strong commercial experience with Python. • Proven experience with Django REST Framework and FastAPI. • Hands-on production experience integrating AI solutions, including LLMs and model APIs. • Strong knowledge of LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. • Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval systems. • Solid experience integrating multiple third-party APIs and external data sources. • Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles. • Experience building scalable and reliable backend systems. • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and modern DevOps practices. • Experience with automated testing and application monitoring. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • English proficiency at B2 level or higher — mandatory for daily written and verbal communication with the international team.
