📋 Description

• Own the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across assigned verticals and regions. • Meet or exceed revenue targets and quotas through consistent deal closures. • Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and other target markets. • Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. • Understand customer pain points and position Wesper’s platform as the best solution to address their needs. • Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging client needs to tailor your approach effectively. • Work closely with Marketing to execute outreach campaigns and strategies for conferences and industry events. • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation. • Manage all opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, meeting summaries, and account plans. • Provide reliable forecasting and insights during weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals in markets such as medical devices, remote patient monitoring, or population health management. • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals and quotas. • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and seal the deal. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building trust and influencing decision-makers. • Experience working independently in a high-accountability environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools. • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
