📋 Description

• As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our property, responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. • Provide excellent customer service, assist with inquiries, and manage the leasing process from start to finish. • Your role is crucial in maintaining high occupancy rates and building strong relationships with current and future residents. • Greet and Assist Prospective Residents: Provide tours of the property and show available apartments to potential residents. • Answer questions about the community, amenities, apartment features, pricing, and lease terms. • Manage the leasing process by following up with prospects, processing applications, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements. • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. • Assist with marketing efforts to promote the property. Distribute marketing materials, host open houses, and participate in community events to attract potential residents. • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, update the CRM system with prospects' information, and ensure all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the property is well-maintained and issues are promptly addressed. • Ensure all leasing activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing laws.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata) is preferred. • Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings to accommodate prospective residents.
