📋 Description

• Work with clients to understand business processes and objectives • Identify process fits and gaps and estimate the effort required to address them • Set up and configure ERP solutions according to client needs and priorities • Customize ERP systems with industry-specific workflows, reports, and dashboards • Analyze and improve business processes according to finance best practices • Integrate finance processes into the ERP system • Train end-users and administrators • Create test plans and support customer testing • Provide ongoing ERP support and maintenance • Implement and maintain data protection measures for compliance • Document system configurations, processes, and customizations • Assist with change management initiatives • Identify risks and blockers and partner with the project manager to resolve them

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems • Experienced BC Finance user or consultant • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance • Experience gathering requirements, configuration, testing, training, documentation, and troubleshooting • Accounting and finance expertise • Experience with chart of accounts design, dimensions, sales tax, banking processes, and compliance needs • Willingness to travel 25–40% on average • Understanding of change management • Ability to present confidently to customers and navigate difficult conversations • Ability to identify and resolve issues and highlight risks and blockers • Experience working with ERP implementation frameworks
