📋 Description

• Analyze workflows in notary offices in close cooperation with our clients • Implement our modern notary software for new customers (remote and on-site) • Identify and highlight improvement opportunities through targeted use of the software • Implement and optimize operational workflows within the software • Support the development of solutions and identification of optimization measures • Conduct user training (remote and on-site) • Act as the interface between customers and product management to communicate requirements and feedback effectively • Contribute to functional specification and the continuous further development of the software

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a judicial or notary clerk (e.g., Notarfachassistent, Notarfachwirt, Rechtsfachwirt) or equivalent qualification • At least 3 years of professional experience in a notary's office or a law firm • Enthusiasm for innovative IT solutions and complex legal matters • Basic technical understanding and interest in digital work processes • Practical experience with notary software and electronic legal communication (e‑communication/e-filing) • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner, as well as a structured, independent and customer-oriented working style • Good IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Word • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are desirable • Willingness to travel for work within Germany
