📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA implementations across Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and On-Premise environments • Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, define solution boundaries, and ensure adoption of best practices • Develop solution architecture documents, integration blueprints, and data migration strategies • Collaborate with customers to translate business pain points into digital core roadmaps • Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposal writing, RFP responses, and client presentations • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads to ensure solution consistency and quality • Mentor consulting teams and build internal competencies around SAP S/4HANA • Ensure alignment with the SAP roadmap, including RISE/Grow with SAP, BTP, AI, and automation trends • Govern solution integrity across the project lifecycle from design to go-live

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of total SAP experience; at least 3-5 years as Solution Architect on SAP S/4HANA • Strong functional expertise in at least one Logistics Process, including Order to Cash or Plan to Fulfil, with cross-module integration expertise, especially Finance • Deep understanding of integrations including CPI, BTP, Ariba, Supply Chain Execution (TM/EWM), IBP, and SAC • Experience delivering projects using Activate Methodology • Experience in fit-to-standard cloud projects or rapid deployment templates for mid-market clients • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to engage with CXO-level stakeholders • Proven experience balancing design quality, project practicality, and business outcomes • Exposure to pre-sales and proposal solutioning • Strong understanding of India localization and regional deployment complexities • SAP S/4HANA certification preferred • Knowledge of BTP / RISE architecture is a plus
