📋 Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of medium-to-large client accounts • Ensure excellent client service and delivery to the client base • Work with assigned Relationship Manager on daily activities • Read and interpret trust indentures regarding cash and compliance • Set up payment calculations in in-house systems • Responsible for billing, collecting, and processing debt service payments • Manage clients' trust accounts including fund transactions • Assist RMs in collecting monthly compliance items • Address client inquiries in collaboration with RMs • Interact with Municipal Intermediaries • Participate in business-related projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience or similar field • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations • Intermediate TranStar experience preferred • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
