• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across the DACH and Benelux regions. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, Etail partners, and Marketing teams to strengthen brand presence. • Optimize the end-to-end shopper journey across both physical and digital environments. • Develop and execute integrated business and brand strategies aligned with regional growth objectives. • Design and execute end-to-end channel marketing programs driving sales and share. • Deliver impactful shopper marketing initiatives (promotions, bundles, seasonal campaigns). • Implement Perfect Store / Perfect Shelf standards. • Develop integrated 360° campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels. • Manage agencies with clear, performance-driven KPIs. • Support trade shows, partner events, and sales enablement. • Manage MDF budgets and promotional investments with strong ROI discipline. • Track and optimize key KPIs: Sell-out performance, Market share, Distribution & visibility, Digital performance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent. • Must be technically literate and proficient min. 8 years business experience. • Involvement in marketing-oriented projects strongly preferred. • Consumer/Technology brand experience preferred. • Aptitude to understand Flash technology. • Good knowledge of market research disciplines. • Good knowledge of business plan and marketing plan disciplines. • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook required. • Ability to use effective Internet/Intranet searches. • Clearly communicate in English (verbal and written forms). • Native Speaker in German. • Speak and present effectively in one-on-one and in group situations. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Use initiative to proactively identify opportunities and issues. • Conduct business in ethical manner. • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with others. • Maintain strict confidentiality.
