📋 Description

• Partner with the VP of Business Applications and VP of Digital Employee Experience on strategic priorities • Translate IT strategy across both portfolios into actionable roadmaps, plans, and organizational commitments • Advise VP leaders on organizational decisions, planning trade-offs, and priority setting • Identify alignment, synergy, and shared execution opportunities across both organizations • Represent VP leadership interests in cross-functional forums, planning sessions, and executive reviews • Own the operating cadence, including leadership rhythms, QBRs, strategic planning cycles, and technology reviews • Drive accountability for commitments, deliverables, and milestones across both leadership teams • Identify and resolve operational blockers and maintain visibility into initiative portfolios, risks, dependencies, and progress • Improve operational processes spanning the two IT organizations • Synthesize complex information into leadership decisions and recommendations • Develop executive presentations, strategic briefings, and business updates • Translate technical and operational content into narratives for business and executive audiences • Prepare both VP leaders for high-stakes meetings, technology reviews, and partner forums • Manage strategic communications to internal teams and business partners • Coordinate budget planning, forecasting, expense management, headcount, resource allocation, and workforce planning with Finance and HR • Support resource prioritization decisions and flag material budget or resource variances • Oversee KPI tracking, reporting, dashboards, and scorecards across both portfolios • Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities and drive consistent reporting practices • Bridge Business Applications, Digital Employee Experience, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture • Build relationships with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations • Facilitate alignment across shared IT priorities, service commitments, and technology roadmaps • Support organizational health, communication, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement • Lead or co-lead high-priority special projects, transformation initiatives, and strategic workstreams from scoping through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field • 8 or more years of progressive experience in IT strategy, IT operations, business operations, chief of staff, or senior program leadership roles • Ability to operate effectively at the VP or executive level in a complex, matrixed organization • Ability to manage and balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and organizational contexts simultaneously • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and presentation development • Strong analytical capability and experience synthesizing data into strategic recommendations • Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive organizational information with care • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with composure and clarity in a fast-paced environment • Preferred experience in a formal Chief of Staff, Senior Director of Strategy, or equivalent advisory role within an enterprise IT organization • Background in technology, manufacturing, semiconductor, or related industries preferred • Familiarity with IT financial management, portfolio planning, and vendor management practices preferred • Experience supporting multiple VP or C-suite leaders concurrently within a global organization preferred • Exposure to IT strategic planning, digital transformation, and organizational change management preferred • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or related IT service and delivery frameworks preferred • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
