📋 Description

• Lead operations for new line start-up activities • Lead shift coordinators across Cleaning, Sputter, Lube, and Test • Review and prepare pass-down reports for incoming shifts • Act as backup to the Operations Manager when required • Conduct daily production meetings and deliver shift updates • Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and SOPs • Plan and deploy manpower to meet production needs • Manage attendance and discipline and schedule overtime when required • Assist the Production Manager with daily operations and production targets • Monitor machine utilization and line performance • Escalate issues to relevant PICs and management • Manage and clear over-WIP inventory • Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers on disposal of problematic lots • Perform MESA transactions and WIP tracking • Meet PI Count audit requirements with zero discrepancy • Ensure compliance with IMS/RBA standards • Lead line audits and enforce 7S housekeeping practices • Ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer standards • Participate in FMEA, 8D, and SPC activities • Support cross-functional teams and additional operational responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment • At least 3 years in a supervisory role • Candidates with less experience may be considered based on job scope and training support • Experience in Lean Manufacturing or quality improvement projects is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
