📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a structured market intelligence program for key procurement categories • Monitor supplier markets, commodity trends, cost drivers, technology developments, supply-demand dynamics, capacity constraints, and geopolitical risks • Produce market intelligence reports, category updates, and executive-ready summaries • Support category managers and sourcing teams with market research, supplier landscape analysis, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence • Identify emerging risks and opportunities affecting category strategies and sourcing decisions • Maintain category intelligence repositories, dashboards, and knowledge resources • Translate market intelligence into actionable sourcing recommendations • Support executive reviews and business planning with market and industry insights • Design, implement, and improve onboarding and capability development programs for Procurement and Logistics • Develop training curricula covering sourcing, negotiation, supplier relationship management, category management, contracting, risk management, analytics, logistics, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, learning forums, and knowledge-sharing events • Establish role-based learning paths and career development frameworks • Measure and report training effectiveness, participation, and capability improvement outcomes • Manage knowledge management resources, templates, playbooks, and best-practice content • Own procurement and logistics training platforms, learning tools, capability assessments, and development methodologies • Evaluate and implement learning technologies, digital content solutions, and knowledge-sharing approaches • Promote standardized procurement methodologies, tools, and best practices • Own the monthly Procurement and Logistics Key Progress Update process • Collect, validate, and synthesize updates from category, procurement operations, logistics, and functional teams • Develop executive communications on accomplishments, cost savings, supplier achievements, market developments, risk mitigation, capability building, and strategic priorities • Manage distribution of monthly updates to employees, leadership, and business stakeholders • Develop presentations, newsletters, leadership messages, and communication materials • Lead the Procurement and Logistics recognition program • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives for Procurement and Logistics leadership • Support procurement transformation, organizational effectiveness, and operating model improvements • Conduct research, benchmarking, financial analysis, and business case development • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and other partners • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications • Identify and implement organizational efficiency and stakeholder experience improvements • Build relationships across procurement, logistics, supply chain, engineering, operations, finance, and business functions • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams • Provide data-driven insights, effective communication, and project leadership to influence stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field • 7-10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, consulting, organizational development, or related business functions • Experience supporting category strategies through market research and data-driven analysis • Experience developing training programs, onboarding processes, organizational capability initiatives, or learning content • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Advanced analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree • Preferred: CPSM, ISM, CIPS, PMP, or related professional certification • Preferred: Experience in technology, electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, or complex global supply chain environments • Preferred: Experience supporting procurement transformation, procurement excellence, or change management initiatives • Preferred: Experience with learning management systems, knowledge management tools, and internal communications programs
