📋 Description
• Support solar farm design and construction for BOT projects delivered to customers • Manage 3rd party contractor teams for project execution • Represent the engineering function in customer-facing settings • Negotiate technical and scope-related issues with stakeholders • Participate in customer negotiations and support contract execution
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (e.g. civil, electrical, mechanical, chemical) • 5+ years of engineering experience • Demonstrated technical ownership on complex, externally delivered projects • Review and interpret technical specifications and project agreement requirements • Experience coordinating across teams (e.g., engineering, project management, procurement, development, legal, or similar) • Experience engaging with external partners in technically and commercially sensitive environments
