📋 Description

• Work side‑by‑side with engineers on active design work to demonstrate practical AI use • Support creation of reusable prompts, templates, and bounded AI agents in consideration of engineering workflows • Help translate successful use cases into repeatable team practices • Track and report adoption, agent development, and quality/rework indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering equivalent experience supporting engineering design deliverables accepted • Familiarity with engineering documents and workflows in an industrial or regulated environment • Comfortable with AI and digital productivity tools
