• Provide high-level oversight of engineering and project execution, negotiate technical and regulatory requirements, and influence executive-level project decisions. • Leads multi-disciplinary engineering teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and optimize technical designs for energy infrastructure. • Acts as the technical authority on engineering standards, practices, and regulatory requirements. • You will manage PPA, LGIA, and OEM testing completion.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field • 11+ years of experience in PLC programming, preferably Schneider Electric platforms • Experience of Modbus, DNP3, and industrial communication protocols • Experience with Ignition SCADA platform and HMI development • Experience with power systems and utility-scale energy project • Experience with utility-scale renewable energy or power generation projects • Knowledge of BESS control systems, inverters, and energy storage technologies • Familiarity with grid interconnection requirements and utility standards • Experience with FAT/SAT testing procedures and commissioning protocols • Full accountability for PPA, LGIA, and OEM testing completion • Ability to travel up to 25% for project commissioning support • NERC CIP cybersecurity awareness
