📋 Description

• Provide support for nuclear fuel handling equipment or outage critical cranes • Conduct field service support at remote operating nuclear power plants and at local service center operations • Troubleshoot, maintain and support equipment in the field • Change procedures, redline and approve design changes • Continually improve process • Provide technical guidance to technicians • Execute engineering-based decisions for installations and outage support • Report to the Manager of FHE and Cranes Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering • Masters degree preferred • 5-10 years discipline related Engineering experience required, 10+ years of experience preferred • Principal engineering level preferred • Prior nuclear experience preferred • Requires the ability to occasionally carry/lift up to 50 pounds • Individual must possess full range of motion i.e. ability to reach, climb, kneel, squat, grasp, bend forwards and backwards, sit, and stand for a minimum 4 hours per day • Individual must be able to pass a Westinghouse physical which includes a spirometer for the ability to wear a respirator.
