📋 Description
• Lead development of localization strategy to ensure APX reactors deployment in specific countries and markets. • Tailor the localization strategy to meet local content capabilities, regulatory and customers' requirements. • Manage the localization implementation strategies; support APX Delivery organizations in determining partners have capability to deliver to scope, schedule, and quality (early engagement to accelerate partner readiness). • Build repeatable frameworks (contracting, governance, and partner management). • Strengthen Westinghouse's positioning with governments and important local partners. • Engage with internal executive leadership, partners' executive management and external partners such as government and industry trade leaders.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or structural engineering • Located in Europe • 5 years of related large construction project experience including commercial and project development leadership roles. • Experience in the nuclear industry in Europe and Canada. • Prior customer-oriented and market assessment experience • Specific knowledge of AP1000 design • Manufacturing and major project construction experience • Customer and result oriented • Major construction project (EPC) experience and partnership development • Have experience in the nuclear industry and basic understanding of the AP1000 procurement and engineering processes • Prior executive engagement experience • Support the preparations of comprehensive business plans for complex offerings. • Perform technical, economic and risk assessments of complex suppliers/partner companies • Will facilitate meetings and brainstorming events
