• Compile and analyze environmental, land use, engineering, permitting, team member, and constructability constraints. • Develop routing alternatives using company routing tools and geospatial systems. • Conduct desktop assessments (and occasional field-based assessment opportunities) • Prepare reports and project deliverables; and support project teams through early-stage development. • You will be a technical specialist responsible for developing defensible routing recommendations through the integration of geospatial, environmental, engineering, land use, permitting, and partner considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geography, Environmental Science, Planning, GIS, or related field preferred but not required • 6–10 years of relevant experience • Experience supporting electric transmission, natural gas pipeline, water pipeline, renewable energy, data center, or other linear infrastructure projects • Knowledge of electric transmission development, renewable energy generation projects, and data center development is a plus • Experience using geospatial tools and data to evaluate routing opportunities, constraints, and project feasibility.
