📋 Description

• Develop and execute a regional business plan to revitalize Plumbing & Industrial sales channels within the Western US. • Engage the regional National Plumbing Buying Group members to determine relevance and strategy for market share. • Engage regional National Plumbing Account members to reclaim market share and gain new business. • Work with planning to determine available capacity and increase fill rates. • Prioritize entities for engagement to maximize share growth. • Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory and distribution. • Identify and prioritize target accounts and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regional sales management. • Plumbing/industrial background via wholesale distribution and/or manufacturing. • Sales experience of DWV fittings, sch40, sch80, and pipe sales. • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field. • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong team orientation and a proven results-driven approach. • Excellent presentation, organizational, and time management abilities. • Demonstrated history of surpassing corporate goals. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to present complex concepts and conduct hands-on product demonstrations. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 60-70%) within the assigned territory, all states west of Mississippi. • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • Must be currently residing near a major airport in AZ, CO, NM or NV.
