• Support WeTravel’s Sales Team and other functional areas as needed. • Partner with Sales Leaders to drive pipeline development/management and reliable forecasts. • Ensure team adherence to defined sales methodology. • Gather and analyze information from various business systems to produce actionable ad hoc reporting. • Provide advice and guidance for business reviews, account planning and forecasting. • Oversee data integrity and quality within HubSpot. • Facilitate onboarding of new/existing sales staff. • Manage lead flow through HubSpot and ensure KPI adherence. • Work cross-functionally and lead projects as needed. • Serve as the strategic business partner to Sales leadership, owning leading indicators and report integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations • Experience in SaaS a plus • Experience with business analysis • Experience with CRM programs (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Sugar) • Skilled at using data to understand and implement system user requirements that drive business priorities. • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and ability to effectively influence decision-making. • Proven experience participating in cross-functional teams and/or other significant complex projects. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written). • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills. • Motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail • Innovative problem solving, analytical, and execution skills. • Travel is not required, but might be needed from time to time
